Welcome! I am a Physical Therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience in spine, orthopedic, and pelvic health care.
I provide individualized, one-on-one treatment in a private environment, focusing on hands-on care, movement education, and practical tools to help you reduce pain, improve function, and build confidence in your body.
My goal is to meet you where you are, listen to your concerns, and work together to help you move with greater comfort, confidence, and independence.

The number "2" symbolizes harmony, relationship, and the balance found in walking the journey together. While my practice is rooted in faith, I welcome and serve people of all backgrounds with warmth and respect.
